The 7 Day Diet is another fad starvation diet that makes no sense and shouldn't be followed by anyone. Unfortunatly so many people are desperate to lose weight fast that they try out plans like this even though they should really know better.

To get an idea of just how ridiculous the 7 Day Diet is you start off by eating nothing but fruit on day one. On day two you eat nothing but vegetables. On day three you eat nothing but fruits & vegetables. First of all through 3 days of this diet you would have eaten almost no protein. That's just simply not good for you. You would also have an extremely hard time getting many calories if you eat nothing but vegetables. And starvation diets like this have been shown to do far more harm than good because they slow the metabolism so much.

Hopefully you already get the point of how ridiculous this diet plan is but just in case you have any doubts: Day four of this diet consists of eating 5 bananas and drinking 5 glasses of whole milk. I'm not joking. I find it absolutely amazing that anyone thinks this is a reasonable choice for a diet plan.

I think at this point it's pretty clear what the verdict of this review is, the 7 Day Diet is a complete waste of time.
